Track Bias Report:

The penetrometer at Moonee Valley is on the top side of the Dead rating, a rating of 5.00 would be officially Slow. With showers forecast for Melbourne this afternoon there isn't likely to be much improvement, but the Valley is a good all weather track that can take a lot of rain before becoming adversely affected. The rail is in the True position and with small fields barriers will be of little importance, so there should be little bias to report. However this is a track for specialists so look for runners with previous success at this course.
